HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PLAYMAT?
Production time is generally 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery time is 7 to 14 days, depending on the country.
WHAT IMAGE CAN I USE ?
Regarding images, it is important to ensure that they do not contain any pornographic content, depictions or symbols promoting violence, prohibited content, racist, or discriminatory elements.
CAN I BUY 2 CUSTOM PLAYMAT ON ONE ORDER ?
No, the custom playmat tool allows you to buy one playmat per order for the moment, we're working on it.
WILL THE ENTIRE IMAGE BE ON THE PLAYMAT ?
In terms of production, there is a 5 mm bleed on each side. Therefore, ensure that your logos, lettering, etc., are not placed directly on the edge. We recommend a minimum distance of 1.5 cm on each side!
WHAT RESOLUTION/SIZE SHOUL THE IMAGE BE FOR A 1 PLAYER PLAYMAT ?
The higher, the better! The minimum size is a resolution of 1920 x 1120 px.
But we recommend a resolution of 7,200 x 4,200 px = 300 DPI.
We improve the quality of your images if needed with each order.
If you are unsure whether your image has the correct resolution,
