Non-EU countries: Up to 9 to 15 business days. All statements are without guarantee. Actual shipping times depend on the workload of the external service provider or its subcontractors.

Returns/Non-Delivery:
If the shipping service provider returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the costs of unsuccessful shipping and any subsequent re-delivery. This does not apply if the customer is not clearly responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the seller announced a reasonable deadline in advance. If returns are unclear, the seller will contact the customer by phone or email to coordinate further procedures.
Return Costs in Case of Warranty Claims:
Unless otherwise agreed, the seller will bear the shipping costs for returns in the event of a valid warranty claim under statutory warranty. Please do not return goods carriage forward. If desired, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid return label for download.
Return Costs when Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must bear the usual return costs.

Please return the goods in the form of a prepaid package and retain the delivery receipt. Please note that simply returning the goods is not a prerequisite for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price indicated.
